RETURNS

You can shop with confidence knowing Designer Silk Plants and Flowers has a no questions asked 14 day return policy (14 days from the date your order is delivered). If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you may return your purchase for a full refund less our original, direct shipping costs even if you chose the free shipping method.

Returns received without an RMA will be refused and no credit will be issued, no exceptions.
Items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped. No credit will be given for damaged returns.

Directions for Returns
E-mail our customer service department to initiate your return. We will provide you with an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization number). Please do NOT call us to acquire your RMA number as our telephone agents are not trained to handle return authorizations.

Please note: To be accepted for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, they must be 100% saleable and include the original product packaging and all accessories. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually. Please package your item back into its original packaging. You must include a note with your name, address, phone number and RMA number. Your credit card will be credited with a full refund, less our original shipping costs, once we receive the returned merchandise and after it has been properly inspected and approved as re-saleable. You are responsible for all return shipping fees except in cases of exchanges, subject to our Exchanges policy. You must initiate your return request in writing via an e-mail to our customer service department no later than 14 calendar days from the date your order was delivered.

What address do I send my returned items to?
You will receive the return shipping address in the instructions that you receive from our customer service department when you obtain your RMA number.

When will my credit card be credited?
Once your return has been received and accepted, Designer Silk Plants and Flowers will issue a credit to your credit card. Please allow one to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

Will Designer Silk Plants and Flowers pay for return shipping?
No. Return shipping is at your expense, using the carrier of your choice. We recommend that you use a carrier that provides a way to track your return shipment. We also recommend that you insure your return shipment against shipping damage or loss.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If you believe a product was shipped in error from Designer Silk Plants and Flowers, turns out to be defective, or was damaged in transit, please contact our customer service department so we can resolve the problem. You must receive an RMA number from our customer service department not later than 14 calendar days from the date that your item(s)were delivered and the product(s) being returned must be received in our warehouse not later than a total of 24 calendar days from the original date of purchase. No exceptions.



SHIPPING POLICY & FAST SHIPPING GUARANTEE

Designer Silk Plants and Flowers is committed to shipping your order within 72 business hours whenever possible. All products that are in stock are shipped within 72 business hours or youíll receive an additional 3% discount off your order upon request. Fast shipping is important to you, so itís guaranteed!
Rules:

  1. This guarantee applies during business hours only. Business hours are defined as Monday thru Friday 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. CST. If you place an order on Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday our guarantee is to have your order shipped by the close of business on Wednesday. (Standard holidays do not count as business hours)
  2. This guarantee does not apply to backorders, items that are out of stock or made to order or custom items.
  3. This guarantee does not apply to products that specifically declare shipping times that do not fall in line with our guarantee.

We reserve the right to utilize the method of our choice when you select the free shipping option at checkout. Also please note that from time to time we may elect to utilize a different shipper than you selected at the time of checkout. We will always make sure that your item(s) will arrive at least as fast as if they had gone using the shipper that you selected.

Alaska and Hawaii:

Please note that because we ship certain items from different warehouses around the country our shopping cart may not always calculate accurate expedited shipment costs. FAQ's 

How long will my order take to ship?
It generally takes 24 to 72 hours to process your order before it ships and depending on your shipping address, it can take up to 10 days to reach you with ground shipping.
 
Where will my order be shipped from?
All of our silks are shipped from one of several warehouses in the United States. We have warehouses in Miami, Dallas, Houston, Pittsburgh and Greensboro.
 
Do you offer faster delivery than ground shipping?
Yes. See the information listed above under Need Your Order Quickly.
 
What if the item is not in stock when I order?
If your order is out of stock we will let you know what the estimated waiting time will be. Some of the silks we feature are made to order and can take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive at our warehouse, but in many cases you will only have to wait an extra day or two.
